Welcome to qLearnify!
By enrolling in any course or using our learning platform, you agree to these Student Terms (“Terms”). These Terms are part of our Terms of Use and outline your rights, responsibilities, and rules as a learner on qLearnify.
1. Eligibility
To create a student account, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent if younger).
- Provide accurate information during registration.
- Use your account only for personal learning purposes.
2. Account Use & Access Rules
Your qLearnify account is personal and non-transferable.
To protect fairness and platform security, the following conditions apply:
- You cannot share, sell, or distribute your account or ID with anyone.
- You may log in from only one device at a time.
- You may log in from up to three different IP addresses or networks within 30 days.
- If the system detects unusual or multiple-device activity, your account may be temporarily suspended or permanently blocked.
Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for all actions under your account.
3. Course Enrollment & Access
- When you enroll, you receive a license to access the course materials — not ownership.
- Course access typically lasts 2 years, extendable by 6 months upon request.
- You may not copy, redistribute, or re-upload course materials anywhere.
- qLearnify may remove or update courses for quality, legal, or policy reasons.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Pay course fees using valid methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank, Card).
- All refunds follow our Refund & Payment Policy.
- Refund requests must meet the eligibility criteria in that policy.
5. Student Conduct
All learners must:
✅ Respect instructors and fellow students.
✅ Submit honest reviews and feedback.
✅ Follow our Trust & Safety Guidelines
You must not:
🚫 Harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.
🚫 Post or share offensive, false, or copyrighted material.
🚫 Attempt to hack, copy, or misuse the platform.
Violations may lead to account suspension or removal without refund.
6. Certificates & Achievements
- Certificates are awarded upon completion of the required lessons and assessments.
- Certificate authenticity can be verified via our Certificate Verification page.
- qLearnify reserves the right to revoke certificates obtained through dishonest activity.
7. Privacy & Data
We protect your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not share private student or instructor information outside the platform
8. Intellectual Property
All courses, text, videos, and materials on qLearnify are protected by copyright.
You may not download, resell, or reuse any content outside the platform without written permission.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or other platform policies.
- You share your ID or exceed login limits.
- Fraudulent payment activity is detected.
You may contact support@qlearnify.com if you believe your account was suspended in error.
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update these Student Terms to reflect new features or changes in applicable law.
Changes will take effect once posted on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
