INSTRUCTOR TERMS

When you join as an instructor on qLearnify, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Your Responsibilities

  • You're responsible for everything you upload (videos, quizzes, assignments, etc.).

  • You must be qualified to teach your course.

  • You must keep your account info correct.

  • You cannot post offensive, false, or copyrighted content.

  • You cannot upload your course to other platforms like YouTube. Your content must be original and not copied.

  • Only use qLearnify for teaching—no spam or unrelated business.

2. Giving qLearnify Rights to Your Content

  • qLearnify can promote, market, and share your course.

  • Your course can be shared with partners and used in ads.

  • You allow qLearnify to use your name and image for promotion.

  • You can’t delete your courses anymore because enrolled students were promised continued access based on their payment.

3. Trust & Safety

  • Follow qLearnify’s policies (quality, safety, topics).

  • qLearnify can remove your course or ban you for rule violations.

  • Don’t misuse student data. Only use it to teach your course.

4. Course Pricing

  • Minimum course price is 150 BDT or $1.5.

  • You can also offer free courses.

  • qLearnify may change course prices for promotions.

5. Payments

  • You'll earn 40% of the course's net revenue (after a 7% maintenance and service fee), unless a promotion or affiliate is applied.

  • Revenue is paid via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank (BEFTN/NPSB).

  • Payments are made between the 1st–7th of each month if you request a payout before the last day of the previous month.

  • You're responsible for your taxes.

  • If a student gets a refund, it may be deducted from your future earnings.

6. Trademarks

  • You can use qLearnify’s logo and name if they allow it.

  • Don’t use it in a misleading or harmful way.

7. Deleting Your Account

  • You can delete your account anytime.

  • Your course will still be available to enrolled students.

8. Legal Notes

  • We can update these terms at any time and will notify you.

  • The English version of these terms will always apply.

  • We're not business partners—you're an independent instructor.

9. Instructor Verification

Before publishing a course, you must verify your identity. You may be asked to:

  • Confirm ownership of content.

  • Provide ID and location proof.

  • Wait 2–3 business days for approval.
