Welcome to qLearnify!
When you register as an instructor, you agree to these Instructor Terms (“Terms”). These Terms are part of our Terms of Use
and explain how instructors can create, sell, and earn from their courses on qLearnify.
By publishing a course, you accept these Terms and agree to follow all related qLearnify policies.
1. Instructor Responsibilities
As an instructor, you are responsible for all content you upload or publish on qLearnify, including videos, assignments, and resources (“Submitted Content”).
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and course information.
- Own or have permission to use all submitted content.
- Deliver courses that meet qLearnify’s quality and content standards.
- Act professionally and respect students, staff, and fellow instructors.
You must not:
🚫 Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading materials.
🚫 Send spam or external advertisements to students.
🚫 Circumvent qLearnify systems (e.g., sharing free copies).
🚫 Violate copyright or misuse student data.
qLearnify reserves the right to remove content or suspend instructors who violate these standards.
2. License to qLearnify
By publishing a course, you grant qLearnify a license to host, display, promote, and sell your content on our platform and through trusted partners.
You also allow qLearnify to:
- Add captions or accessibility features.
- Use your course name, profile, and promotional visuals for marketing.
You may not remove your course at any time because of existing enrolled students will continue to have access for the licensed duration (typically 2.5 years and who have lifetime access).
3. Trust & Safety
All instructors must follow qLearnify’s:
We may suspend or remove instructors or content that:
- Violates platform policies or laws.
- Receives poor ratings or harms learner experience.
- Damages qLearnify’s reputation.
4. Pricing and Promotions
When you publish a course, you set a base price (minimum 150 BDT or $1.50).
qLearnify may adjust pricing temporarily for marketing or promotional reasons under the Promotions Policy
You can also join optional marketing programs to boost your reach. Participation is free and may adjust your course pricing for specific campaigns. You are also eligible to share a self-affiliate link to earn an additional 30% commission.
5. Payments and Revenue Share
5.1 How Earnings Are Calculated
When a student purchases your course, qLearnify collects the total amount (“Gross Amount”) and deducts:
- 3% Service Charge – payment gateway and platform maintenance
- 20% Promotional/Ads Charge – for marketing and advertising
After these deductions (23% total), the remaining 77% is shared as follows:
- Admin (qLearnify): 60%
- Instructor: 40%
💡 Example: Normal Enrollment
If your course costs ৳1,000:
- 3% service charge = ৳30
- 20% promotional charge = ৳200
- Remaining 77% = ৳770
- Admin (60%) = ৳462
- Instructor (40%) = ৳308
✅ Instructor earns ৳308
5.2 Affiliate Enrollments
If a student joins using an affiliate link:
- The same 23% deductions apply.
- Then, 30% of the remaining amount goes to the affiliate.
- The leftover balance is shared between Admin (60%) and Instructor (40%).
💡 Example: Affiliate Enrollment
Course price: ৳1,000
- After 23% deductions: ৳770
- Affiliate earns 30% = ৳231
- Remaining = ৳539
- Admin (60%) = ৳323.40
- Instructor (40%) = ৳215.60
✅ Instructor earns ৳215.60 via affiliate enrollment.
5.3 Payment Method
Instructors can receive payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or BEFTN/NPSB-supported bank accounts.
You are responsible for paying any applicable income taxes.
If fraud, policy violations, or legal issues arise, qLearnify may delay or withhold payments until resolved.
5.4 Refunds
Students may request refunds under the Refund & Payment Policy.
Instructors do not receive revenue from refunded transactions.
If refunds occur after payout, the amount will be deducted from future earnings.
6. Trademarks and Branding
While you are an active instructor, you may use approved qLearnify logos or visuals only to promote your courses hosted on qLearnify.
You must not:
- Alter or misuse the qLearnify brand.
- Suggest partnership or endorsement without written approval.
7. Account Deletion
You can delete your instructor account anytime.
Before deletion, any pending payments will be processed.
Courses previously purchased by students will remain accessible to them.

8. Identity Verification
To maintain platform trust, instructors must verify their identity before publishing a course.
You may be asked to provide:
- Proof of content ownership,
- Residence details, and
- A valid ID or passport.
Verification usually takes 2–3 business days.
